Change of Mind Refunds

We do not provide refunds for customers who change their mind about a purchase so we remind all customers to please choose carefully.

In the event that we decide to exercise discretion to accept a refund, we will charge a $25.00 administration fee to cover the transaction fees involved with the purchase and refund as well as to compensate us for our time in handling the request.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will honour our obligations under the consumer laws of New Zealand including but not limited to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This means that if your product is faulty, is not as described or is not of acceptable quality, we will provide a remedy in accordance with the Act.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
